St Patty's Day Floor Party

 An Erotic adventure at our Secondary Hotel March 19th followed by our St. Patty Day floor party on Saturday Night.
Join us for our new event as we venture to another venue in Richmond. We have temporarily located to a new hotel located just down the road from our current place. It has just been newly renovated and we are sure you will enjoy the facility. Check out our second location of 2010! Details to follow. We will switch between the the two for certain events.

St. Patty's Day Floor Party!

Kiss me I'm Irish.....below the waist anyway!  Looks like there is a pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow in the form of our new hotel!  Yea, leave it to the luck of the Irish to give us this gift and its even Holiday Inn green!  This weekend everyone should get lucky or at least kiss the Blarney stone.  Join us as we venture into our new hotel located just down the street from our current hotel. Make no mistake; we are here for the few events that our current hotel could not accommodate us.  We WILL be back at the Crown for future events.  After all, aren't we all in this for variety?

We have not had a March social in over 3 years so we decided to celebrate by our usual discount of $30 with a $5 discount for the couples that sign up on SLS and our website.  Also, even better news we will start our summer sale of half price memberships throughout the season. Just $25 a year.

Take advantage of the March Madness savings and make plans to join us for our first floor party at this hotel.  I guess rumor has leaked out and the hotel has already been receiving reservations even before we made ours! We have reserved 2 party floors and we have almost filled the first one already.  Be sure to book yours early to be near the fun.

Room rates are $68 a night and include a continental breakfast for 2 the following morning.  The hotel has just undergone a 3 million dollar renovation so the rooms are like brand new.  Also, on the party floor we have a huge hospitality suite with plenty of room to dance along with our signature theme rooms.

To make reservations during the daytime please call Teresa at: 804-521-5485. If you have not figured it out, the hotel is near the corner of Broad and Staples Mill. You can actually see the Crown Plaza from the hotel.

If you plan on being in Hampton Roads there will be another "Gathering" on March 13th.  Sounds unlucky but figured we would do it anyway.  Make sure to add yourselves to the list on SLS and let us know your cumming!

Important Hotel Info for Richmond!

Notice: for March the above information about the New hotel applies. 

The hotel is just as nice as the last one but will have it own entrance to a separate tower along with a separate elevator for the party floor and to the ballroom.  It is located only 10 minutes from the airport in west Richmond

We will send out the details to those that RSVP through the website as far as contact information and directions.  The hotel has given us a favorable rate and is really working with us.  I personally have worked with the management over 12 years ago and they remember our group vividly.  They welcome us with open arms and they are going to do everything they can to make sure that we enjoy ourselves.
 
 
Friday night we plan on a bar meet with registration till 10:30pm.  Then we will move the party to the Seventh floor. 
 
If you plan on staying,  please call the hotel ASAP and book your room. The hotel keeps
selling out and some couples are having to stay at nearby hotels.  Remember,  you can
cancel up to 24 hours before.

Meet other VAF couples Friday Night in a more relaxed, casual atmosphere before the big dance Saturday night.  

Saturday 
7:00pm - 8:00pm New Comers seminar in the conference room near the front of the hotel
7:30pm - 10:30pm Registration... Please get there before 10pm
8:00pm - 12am Theme Dance with Contest and Prizes 
12 am - 2:30 * 7th Floor-Hospitality Suite with light snacks (BYOB) and Group Room
   

* After 10:30 there will be a $25 late fee and no RSVP or coupon discounts will be accepted.

* Note:  The hospitality suites will shut down at 2:30 am , the security will cease to exist and you will be required to carry your party back to your own room.  Please wear the appropriate cover up and respect any hotel guests that may have accidentally wandered onto our floor.  Anyone not respecting these rules will be dismissed from the club.
