Ok, so here is the deal: Remember that this is a “Members” appreciation party. So members that have a valid membership can get in for free if you stay at the hotel. If your membership has expired, you will have to renew it. If you are not a member you will be required to join and pay the $50 annual membership fee.

Social fee: If you stay at the hotel and pay the $70 (plus any taxes) for the 2 night stay you get in the dance for free. If you do not get a room, the normal $50 social fee will apply.

Hotel room: Weather you stay 2 nights or 1 the cost is the same. So the best value is just to get a room. The reason for this was to promote coming on a Friday night and also the advantages of staying at the hotel. You don’t have to drink and drive, you can party longer, etc

I hope this clarifies things.

This month we will not be doing anything special on Saturday. Last month we had a theater set up in the Hospitality suite. We had a few people show up for the movie to pass the time away before the main event. And no, we did not show porn! We will have limited snacks and food on the 4th floor this month. As always, we would like any members to contribute to the upstairs buffet for this dance. Anyone that does, will receive a special gift. We would like to thank Bill and Lyman for always bringing food for upstairs.

Maybe we can get that game of naked twister going again this month. See ya there.

We would like to thank another great year with Astro DJ's and thier well done job. We all miss CJ but life must go on. We think that Danny has done a fine job and everyone is glad he is on board. We will continue with Astro throughout 2007 and beyond. With Danny at the helm, and Frank as his back up along with Stephanie, they make a wonderful team. We look forward to what they have got for us for the New Year.
